Terms of Service

Rules for using AI Media Studio to process and publish short-form video projects.

Last updated on March 20, 2026. These terms explain your responsibilities when using the product and connected publishing integrations.

Only use media you own or have the rights to repurpose.
You are responsible for what gets uploaded to connected channels.
Third-party platforms like YouTube may still enforce their own policies.

Using the service means you agree to these terms

By accessing or using AI Media Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with applicable law, platform rules, and any agreements that apply to the content you upload or repurpose.

You are responsible for your account and connected platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any connected third-party accounts, including Google, YouTube, Telegram, and AI provider credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and may not use the service to impersonate another person or organization.

You must have the right to use the media you process or publish

You may only use the service with content you own, license, or otherwise have the legal right to process, edit, schedule, and publish. Generating a new clip from an existing video does not automatically remove copyright restrictions or platform-policy risk.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your projects, uploads, captions, hashtags, and publication decisions do not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable use and operational limits

You may not use the service to violate platform rules, distribute malware, abuse APIs, bypass security controls, or interfere with the operation of the product or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or restrict access if use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risks.

External platforms and providers have their own rules

The service depends on third-party systems such as Google, YouTube, Telegram, hosting providers, and optional AI providers. Those services may have outages, rate limits, account restrictions, or policy changes that affect functionality.

We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, including monetization, copyright claims, takedowns, scope restrictions, or account suspensions.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service or publishing outcomes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful uploads, platform approval, monetization eligibility, or specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Access may be limited or ended if necessary

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used unlawfully, abusively, or in ways that create material security, operational, or legal risk.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or project-data deletion where applicable.
