Privacy Policy

How AI Media Studio handles account data, project media, and connected platform access.

Last updated on March 20, 2026. This policy explains what information the service collects, how it is used, and how you can control connected platform access.

We use connected YouTube data only to support the creator workflow you requested.
We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for advertising.
You can revoke Google access from your Google account at any time.
Project assets, schedules, and publication logs may remain stored until you delete them or request removal.

Information you provide and platform data you authorize

AI Media Studio collects the information needed to create, review, schedule, and publish short-form video projects. This can include your account email address, encrypted password hash, YouTube source URLs, project settings such as language and subtitle style, edited clip titles and captions, Telegram chat ids, and optional API credentials you save in the app.

When you connect a Google or YouTube account, the app stores the authorization tokens and basic account details required to complete the actions you approved, such as reading your channel identity and uploading videos to your own channel.

Purpose-limited use for creator workflow automation

We use your data only to operate the requested workflow: creating projects, processing uploaded or linked videos, generating candidate clips and metadata, scheduling publication jobs, sending optional Telegram notifications, and publishing approved media to connected platforms.

Google and YouTube account data is used only for the user-facing actions you request inside the product. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models, sell it to advertisers, or access channels outside the scope of the permissions you granted.

How connected Google account data is handled

If you connect YouTube, the app may access basic Google profile information and YouTube channel details, and may upload videos to your connected YouTube account after you explicitly request publication. The current integration is designed around the scopes needed for sign-in identity, channel lookup, and video upload.

You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page or by disconnecting the integration from the product once that control is available in the app.

Service providers and infrastructure

Depending on the features you use, data may be processed through third-party services such as Google and YouTube for OAuth and publishing, Telegram for notifications, and AI providers such as OpenAI or Gemini for text generation workflows. These services process only the data needed to complete the requested task.

We may also store data in application infrastructure such as relational databases, object storage, background queues, and server logs in order to keep projects, clips, schedules, and publications working reliably.

How long data is kept and how it is protected

Project records, connected-account metadata, generated media, transcripts, and logs may be retained for as long as needed to operate the service, troubleshoot failures, comply with legal obligations, and support your workspace history. Sensitive credentials are intended to be stored securely and only used for the service features you enable.

No internet-connected system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational steps to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse.

Access, deletion, and revocation

You may request deletion of projects and related generated files through the product where those controls are available. You may also revoke third-party access, including Google account access, directly from the provider’s security settings.

If you no longer want the service to hold your data, contact us and include the account email or channel information needed to identify your workspace.

Privacy questions and requests

For privacy, deletion, or Google-account access questions, contact gemin2691@gmail.com.

Include the email address or connected channel details associated with your workspace so the request can be verified and handled correctly.

Operational use of your data

We process data to provide the core service you asked to use, maintain account security, support publishing workflows, and meet lawful operational obligations.

If the product adds new features or external processors in the future, this policy should be updated before those features are made generally available.
